Frequently Asked Questions

Membership

  • We welcome anyone to become a member of The Alcove. There are no requirements.

  • A Founding Member is the designation we are giving to honor everyone who becomes a member between now and the end of Women's History Month 2026 (March 31, 2026). It's meant to celebrate those who believed in us from the start and were foundational to creating our community. All members receive the same benefits regardless of membership tier.

  • The Alcove maintains a limited number of scholarships and underwritten membership slots specifically for those who may be experiencing financial barriers. As our organization grows, we're committed to expanding these opportunities to reach even more community members. Please contact us at info@alcoveri.org for more information.

  • We provide complimentary coffee, tea, tap, and sparkling water for members. Members are welcome to bring in their own food and drink, but we ask that care is taken to leave our furnishings and rooms in pristine condition.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited unless brought in by an approved caterer and given prior approval by a staff member of The Alcove.

For room reservations, please review our Room Reservations page for more information (forthcoming).

Billing & Payment

  • Your membership will be automatically charged either monthly or annually, depending on the option you select when you sign up. We'll use the payment method you provide during registration, and your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis. You'll receive an email receipt after each successful payment.

  • You can manage your payment methods and view your scheduled payments by creating an account or emailing us at info@alcoveri.org.

  • To cancel your membership, please email us at info@alcoveri.org at least 10 business days before your next recurring payment date. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone or in person.
